‘Pran Pratishtha' of Ram Lalla
Celebrations of the Historic Homecoming in Ayodhya & Madanpur
A Historic Moment
The consecration ceremony, or 'Pran Pratishtha', of the idol of Ram Lalla (Lord Ram in his child form) and the grand inauguration of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya took place on January 22, 2024. It was an historic moment for the country as the 500-year-old legal and political struggle over the disputed site finally turned out to be fruitful.
The ceremony is a sacred ritual that is believed to infuse the idol with divine energy, making it a living deity for devotees to connect with on a deeper spiritual level. The day was widely celebrated across India, with many calling it a second Diwali. The event marked a significant milestone, transforming Ayodhya into a major global pilgrimage site and boosting the local economy and infrastructure.
Celebrations at Madanpur
On the auspicious occasion of the consecration ceremony, we devotees of Vishnu Bhagwan at Shri Thakur Rajgopal Ji Maharaj Mandir, Madanpur, were also ready in all glory to welcome our Aaradhya Bhagwan Shri Ram back in Ayodhaya at Madanpur Mandir.
To celebrate the monumental homecoming of Lord Ram and inauguration of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir symbolizing the defeat of all odds and evil, we celebrated Diwali by illuminating deepaks and lamps to showcase our unparalleled faith and love towards Lord Ram.
